REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you need to return any product(s) from kryptonsecurity.co.za, you must first complete our online Return Request Form which you can find at the bottom of this page.
The following return and/or refund conditions apply:
- All return/refund/credit requests must be logged within 48 hours of delivery/collection.
- All returned items must have it’s original tags, be in it’s original packaging and be unused.
- If the packaging has been damaged, opened, any seals are broken or any items have been used or worn, we are not able to accept the product for an exchange/refund.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Costs involved for sending and collecting returns or exchanges are for the customer’s account.
- Faulty products must be returned in the packaging it was received and if not returned in the same packaging we are not able to accept the product for an exchange.
- Customers returning items can only be refunded via EFT Bank Transfer, as stipulated by the banking laws of South Africa. The refund payment will be made within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned products.
- If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), we’ll arrange to collect the product from you, and we’ll deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible. Please don’t remove the product from its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service via email info@kryptonsecurity.co.za to notify us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
- We urge you to ensure that you are ordering the correct product for your needs. We do not accept responsibility in the event that you identify and order the incorrect product. If you are unsure of the correct product we recommend you email info@kryptonsecurity.co.za for assistance.
- Krypton Security does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check the suitability and specifications of products before placing orders.

Please be advised that we do not ship replacements or give refunds/credits until we have issued an email acknowledging the return request and received the returned item(s) which adhere to our Return Policy as stated above.
